Shipping Policy

Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a small business with a small team that is trying its best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We ship Baseball Rebellion training products domestically and to a select number of locations internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in North Carolina, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. We ship mainly with USPS and orders typically arrive 3-8 days after your order is placed. Shipping times are longer around the holidays, this is something that is completely out of our control.

International shipping takes longer.

Return & Refund Policy

Before you consider returning an item, please contact our staff so we can hear your questions or concerns about our training products. We can be quickly reached at 919-309-0040 or customerservice@baseballrebellion.com

Physical Products

You have 14 calendar days to return a physical product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping of the item (unless in the rare case there is a defective product). Once we have received the item, you will be refunded in full.  If you are interested in exchanging a product, please see our exchange policy below. 

Online Services

Due to the nature of online services we are unable to offer refunds. Please still reach out to us if you feel you were not properly served with your online service and we will happily look to resolve the issue.

Ordered the Wrong Size

If the product you ordered did not fit, simply contact our staff.  They will instruct how to return the item. Once received, we will send you the correct size free of charge.
