Before you consider returning an item, please contact our staff so we can hear your questions or concerns about our training products. We can be quickly reached at 919-309-0040 or email@example.com
You have 14 calendar days to return a physical product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping of the item (unless in the rare case there is a defective product). Once we have received the item, you will be refunded in full. If you are interested in exchanging a product, please see our exchange policy below.
Due to the nature of online services we are unable to offer refunds. Please still reach out to us if you feel you were not properly served with your online service and we will happily look to resolve the issue.
If the product you ordered did not fit, simply contact our staff. They will instruct how to return the item. Once received, we will send you the correct size free of change.
