AC (Arm Care) Bands are statistically proven to substantially improve shoulder range-of-motion more than the leading competition!

AC Bands are not a glorified exercise band. Instead, these bands consist of several smaller bands that provide a longer stretch profile allowing the shoulder to increase its mobility. In addition, the AC Bands come with the DVS Arm Care System which is not just a PDF. Digital access, through the DVS Baseball M.V.P. App sets you up with all of the drill videos and a weekly schedule to provide you with optimal arm care. This system has been used in the USPBL since 2016 and has been critical to the league’s very low injury rate. If you want more strength too, we can do that with our Strength version of the AC bands. These bands have more resistance than the Mobility AC bands and also come with their own drill videos and program.
