As we move into the colder months of the year, most of us will have to resort to indoor training. While this isn't as fun as being outside, in some ways, it can be better. It requires a focus that not every athlete can attain. It can get boring, mundane, but at the end of the day, it can help raise your game to a new level come spring.
Indoor training can happen at a facility, at your home, or your grandparent's house during the holidays. Either way, what you do this winter will certainly determine how well you perform this spring. What are you going to do to prepare?
Today starts my Winter Series where we will learn to use something as simple as a doorway to make huge offseason changes to our load and/or swing. Today we will begin where I believe everybody should this offseason, the load. If I've said it once, I've said it a million times, "you're only as good as your load allows you to be".
