Stay at Home Drills- Week 5 

While most of our country is safe at home during this time, we wanted to give some drills that can be done easily inside. We will continue posting these drills across our various social media platforms and on our website as well. If you have a drill that you're doing at home send it to and we will highlight it in one of our "Stay at Home" series!

Ball In Back Elbow 

  • Forces hitters to support their hands in the swing
  • Increases awareness of posture
  • A better understanding of bat path to different locations

Connection Ball Squeeze 

  • Tightens the hitter’s rotation to contact
  • Improves direction
  • Forces better connection from the torso to upper body and creates better posture

Stop Swings 

Broom Turn Unders

Turn and Burn 

  • Allows throwers to engage their scap
  • Forces throwers to align their body to be explosive
  • Enforces aggression and intent
